Do you sit at a desk all day? I do and after freelancing for so many years at so many different types of desks, I wound up with tendonitis in both of my wrists.
The good news is I found a keyboard that changed my life. I’m not kidding. No amount of PT did what this keyboard has done for me.
The bad news is that very few keyboard trays can accommodate this special keyboard, so finding a desk is challenging to say the least.
Plus, my desk chair is a hand-me-down that is (gulp) 17-years-old and it is probably the source of my back trouble.
So in the spirit of self-care, I decided to take a break and make some adjustments to my desk setup and well, um, the videos will tell you everything (and teach you a fun trick.) :)
Let’s just say I wasn’t exactly crushing my self-care game, but I almost crushed my legs.
